Circular 0036/2012, “Self Certified Paid Sick Leave Arrangements for Registered Teachers in Recognised Primary and Post Primary Schools” has today, November 2nd, been released by the DES. The purpose of this circular is to implement the recommendation of the Labour Court in relation to self certified (or uncertified) sick leave.
