Please note that the updated PTAF form for the 2015/2016 school year has yet to be finalised.
Primary Payments have advised that schools should only use the updated form to notify the Department of Education & Skills of any appointment for the new school year.
Schools that submit the 2014/2015 appointment forms for 2015/2016 appointments, will have their forms returned.
The updated form, when published, will be available on the CPSMA website.
