The Department of Education and Skills has issued its latest update regarding the panel on Tuesday 27 May 2014. There are currently 27 surplus permanent/CID holding teachers on the main redeployment panels. Panel officers have been appointed in a number of Diocese. It is expected that DES will issue a further update
on Wednesday 4th June. Click on the links below to access the latest DES panel update and to access the summary list for the main panels.

The supplementary panel is now in operation for all panel operators in all areas with the exception of

•       Schools of all patronage in County Mayo

•       Catholic schools in the Dioceses of Clonfert, Killala, Kilmore and Limerick

•       Schools of all patronage that are within 50 kms of Beara and An Daingain, Co. Kerry

•       Schools of all patronage that are within 50 kms of Roscommon town and

•       Those individual schools that have been separately notified by the Department and/or Panel Officers in relation to the redeployment of remaining surplus permanent/CID holding teachers.

A Letter of Offer should be issued to all
teachers being offered a position in the school from the panel. A template letter of offer for a panel appointment is available in the “Appointment” section of
CPSMA website.
