The Department of Education and Skills has issued its latest update regarding the panel on Friday 13 June 2014.
There are currently 13 surplus permanent/CID holding teachers on the
main redeployment panels. Panel officers have been appointed in a number
of Dioceses. Click on the links below to access the latest DES panel update and to access the summary list for the main panels.

The supplementary panel is now in operation for all panel operators in all areas with the exception of

•       Schools of all patronage in County Mayo

•       Catholic schools in the Dioceses of Clonfert, Killala and Kilmore

•       Schools of all patronage that are within 50 kms of Beara, Co. Kerry

•       Schools of all patronage that are within 50 kms of Roscommon town and

•      
Those individual schools that have been separately notified by the
Department and/or Panel Officers in relation to the redeployment of
remaining surplus permanent/CID holding teachers.

A Letter of Offer should be issued to all
teachers being offered a position in the school from the panel. A template letter of offer for a panel appointment is available in the “Appointment” section of
CPSMA website.

All schools (with the exception of those in the areas mentioned above and those separately contacted dy DES and/or the panel officer in relation to the redeployment of permanent/CID holding teachers on the main panel) that have complied with the redeployment arrangements and have notified their panel operator may proceed to fill their Fixed Term positions in the normal manner.
