CPSMA Art Competition 2025.

To mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Boards of Management, the theme of our Annual Art Competition focused on asking children to draw, paint, make or colour a picture thanking Board members for their service. Once again the creativity and artistic talent of primary school children shone through. Just over 3,200 entries from children right across Ireland were submitted and the judges were very busy going through them all.

Boards of Management from far and wide were celebrated. Children thanked their boards of management for everything from music lessons to astro turf pitches, to school trips and even for tea and biscuits during an evening get together. From Galway to Cork, from South Kerry to the tip of Donegal, schools gathered the creative talent of the children to produce a wealth of stunning art work.

Over 200 amazing samples of the children’s work will be displayed at our Annual General Meeting from Monday March 31st to Tuesday, April 1st in The Hodson Bay Hotel. This is just a sample of the huge body of work received and we acknowledge and salute the fantastic work of every child and the adults in school – teachers and SNAs. We also thank all those at home who guided them.

The winners chosen reflect the extremely high standard of the work submitted. Congratulations to our winners and all involved.
