Circulars: Extension to Grace Periods for Superannuation Benefits

The Department of Education and Skills has issued circulars 0035/2014,
0036/2014 and 37/2014 regarding the extension of the ‘grace period’
under the Haddington road Agreement whereby teachers, SNAs and 1978/79
secretaries and caretakers may retire and have their pensions and lump
sums calculated on pre Haddington Road cuts salaries. The ‘Grace Period’
has been extended to 30 June 2015. Click on the links below to download
